New Move Update Standards for First-Class Mail® and Standard Mail®

Effective November 23, 2008 the USPS will be Increase frequency of Move Update processing from every 185 days to every 95 days prior to the date of the mailing.

The new Move Update requirement will affect all First-Class and Standard Mail (letters, flats, parcels, and Non-Flat Machinables). To learn how Peachtree Data can help you prepare for this change using NCOALink please contact us today.

With this calculator you can enter your scheduled mail date and we will show you the earliest date that your list can be processed through NCOALink while still meeting the Move Update requirements to be eligible for automation and presort discount rates.
